These terms govern your use of RouteDrop's app, website, and services. By using RouteDrop, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
RouteDrop helps you prepare and transfer destinations. It does not replace your vehicle's navigation, traffic signs, road conditions, official closure notices, or your judgment. Routes, place matches, elevations, road and speed-limit matches, and other information can be incomplete, delayed, stale, estimated, inaccurate, or wrong. Check every route before sending it, obey the law, remain attentive, and do not interact with RouteDrop while driving.
Dynamic Max Speed is absent from the current public Release build and its production lookup remains disabled. In a development build where both the client control and server gate are enabled, it is an experimental convenience that you must explicitly enable in Drive Mode. It may use recent device locations and Google Maps road data to request changes to Tesla's Parental Controls speed policy. Provider data, location matching, network delivery, and Tesla commands may be delayed, unavailable, rejected, or wrong. The configured maximum is not a statement of the current lawful or safe speed, does not replace posted signs, and does not control how you drive. Remain responsible for the vehicle, obey signs and law, and disable the feature if its behavior is unexpected.
RouteDrop Plus, Pro, and Pro+ are monthly auto-renewable subscriptions governed by the price, period, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms shown by Apple before purchase. Approved TestFlight/internal QA may exercise paid features at no charge after RouteDrop verifies Apple's signed Sandbox app transaction for the connected account. RouteDrop binds the purchase to the connected RouteDrop account using Apple's signed App Account Token and may refuse or remove paid access when it cannot verify an active transaction, renewal, grace period, or server notification, or when operational safety limits are reached. Deleting a RouteDrop account deletes RouteDrop's subscription mapping but does not cancel the Apple subscription; manage or cancel it first in Apple Account subscription settings if you no longer want it. A subscription whose RouteDrop mapping was deleted cannot be automatically reassociated with a newly created RouteDrop account.
Spoken with Grok sends announcement text to xAI to create synthetic speech. Generated audio can mispronounce names, sound unnatural, or otherwise be unsuitable. Review it before relying on or sharing it. You are responsible for having the rights to the text you submit and for ensuring that the text and generated audio are lawful and do not impersonate, deceive, harass, or infringe another person. Do not use announcements as safety-critical driving guidance.
Grok-generated stop announcement text may invent, omit, or misattribute historical facts, people, dates, or other context, even when it provides source links. It is a draft, not an authoritative historical source or a statement of current conditions. Review and edit it before playback or sharing, and do not use it for navigation, legal, emergency, or other safety-critical guidance.
Live Drive with Grok is an optional Pro+ feature that is off by default. A Pro+ member or approved TestFlight/internal QA tester enables it in Profile, selects a Grok voice, and it may proactively speak generated facts only while Drive Mode is active. Its generated narration and synthetic speech may be delayed, incomplete, repetitive, inaccurate, mispronounced, or unrelated to what is visible. It is not navigation, safety guidance, a current-conditions service, or an instruction to look away from the road. Keep your attention on driving, obey vehicle and operating-system controls, and turn the feature off if it is distracting or unexpected. RouteDrop may limit or disable it independently when eligibility, safety allowances, privacy controls, provider service, or the server kill switch require that.
RouteDrop relies on services supplied by Tesla, Apple, Cloudflare, Google, xAI, and, when commercially configured, Open-Meteo. Availability and results can vary by vehicle, account region, network coverage, provider changes, and service outages. RouteDrop cannot guarantee that a vehicle will wake, accept a command, or follow a sent route. RouteDrop includes Google Maps features and content. Your use of Google-derived place and road-speed information is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Spoken with Grok, Grok stop writing, and Live Drive with Grok are also subject to xAI's Enterprise Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.

You are responsible for activity through your account, for protecting your devices and sign-in access, and for providing accurate information. RouteDrop may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law or provider requirements, investigate abuse, or address a serious or repeated violation of these terms. You can stop using RouteDrop at any time and can delete your account in Profile.
You retain responsibility for route names, stop names, notes, profile details, and other content you submit or share. You grant RouteDrop the limited permission needed to host, process, and deliver that content for the feature you chose. Do not submit illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, privacy-invasive, misleading, or otherwise abusive content; content that infringes another person's rights; malware; or instructions intended to damage, evade, or misuse the service. RouteDrop may reject or remove content and restrict accounts to enforce these rules.
For a Radar or Convoy driver, use RouteDrop's in-app Report or Block action. To report an abusive shared route or other misuse, email routedrop@baristalabs.io and include the share link or enough detail for us to investigate.
RouteDrop may change, interrupt, or discontinue features as the service and its providers evolve. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, route accuracy, or fitness for a particular trip. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
